Lost and Found: The hotel has a lost and found section which is part of our Security Department.
High Value Items: In line with local regulations, valuable items such as jewelry, watches, gold, cash or similar commodities must be kept for maximum of 30 days after which they must be given to the local authorities.
Non-Valuable Items: Items not mentioned in the above list of valuables must be kept for a maximum of 31 days, after which they are disposed of in line with the company policy.

VAT: According to the guidance received from the U.A.E Federal Tax authority, the VAT 5% is levied on the room rate and service charge.
Airport Shuttle: The hotel is located close to Dubai International Airport. Private car transfers with additional charges can be arranged. Guests are requested to inform the property 24 hours in advance if they wish to make use of these services. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Terms and conditions
- Guests are requested to present the credit card used to make their reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized prior to your arrival
- All guests staying are required to provide their original passport or UAE identity card. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who are not registered upon check-in
- Extra beds must be reserved and charges will apply. Extra bed charge is not inclusive of breakfast. The maximum number of children that are specified under each room type will be accommodated free of cost and are expected to share the existing beds with their parents.
- Children under 12 years old are entitled to a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant when accompanied by a paying guest.
- When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- When booking on someone else’s behalf, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third-party billing at least 2 days prior to your arrival date.
- The breakfast-inclusive rate plan entitles breakfast for number of guests confirmed in the booking. Any additional breakfast requirement is subjected to applicable charges.
